Real-jobs.com is the oldest commercial real estate job and resume
exchange on the Internet. Top rated by Google and Yahoo, it is FREE and
serves all universities, alumni and real estate professionals on a national
and even international basis. Searches can be accomplished by university or
geographically or by company and other criteria. Users must register the
first time; however, there is no commercial use of email addresses. Firms
like Equity Office use the site as well as major universities allowing a
great system of contact exchange. Placements have been successful from New
York to Fiji through this active website that has 600 plus unique visitors
per day.
New Feature for ARES Job Seekers
ARES is inviting Ph.D.s, Ph.D. students, and other real estate research-oriented job seekers with at least a masters degree and ten years experience in real estate analysis and research to post their qualifications on the ARES jobs website. Applicants are asked to limit their materials to four pages of materials, to include: name, contact information, career objectives, academic qualifications, refereed and non-refereed publications, conference presentations, work experience, desired locations, date of availability, and expertise or specialty areas within real estate. Submission must be made in an MS word file. The materials will be posted free of charge to ARES members and student members. The listings will remain on the site from the date received until June 1 of the following year. Email your materials to Roby Simons at r.simons@csuohio.edu.
